Trenton Thornock CFO

• Holds an MPA, is a Certified Public Accountant and has 20 years’ experience as a SENIOR FINANCIAL EXECUTIVE
  
• Experienced in due diligence, closing and integrating strategic acquisitions and divestitures
  
• Skilled at implementing tax structures, restructuring debt, securing growth capital, extracting operational efficiencies, and reinforcing investment return controls
  
• Corporate officer and board member qualified as a Financial Expert under Section 407 of the Sarbanes-Oxley act of 2002
  

Jacob van Kooten CTO

• Studied technical engineering and trained as a field engineer. Specialized in “hands on” trouble shooting in process technology and also machine failure
  
• Head of service as “Shell metalworking fluids BeNeLux
  
• Started his own venture in installation and commissioning of automated machine lines at large hatchery farms, including onsite training of process operators
  
• 2013 -2018 ran for the Belgian Agristo its technical department of on of its largest French fries processing plants
  
• Since 2018 technical consultant at Thermo Fisher Netherlands
